Upcoming events
HMSCMC events can include drives, rides, motorhome trips, visits, shows, museum trips and informal gatherings, including activities arranged around the annual Conway Club AGM and dinner weekend.
Events can be national or regional, and members are encouraged to suggest ideas through the Forum.
Annual Conway Club AGM & Dinner Weekend
Date: 16-18 Oct 2026
Location: voco Hotel Telford
The Conway Club AGM and annual dinner provide a natural national gathering point for HMSCMC members. Additional drives, motorcycle rides, motorhome activities, visits and other events can be arranged around the weekend.
Regional Runs & Meetings
Date: As arranged
Where members live close enough to one another, regional drives, motorcycle rides, motorhome gatherings, museum visits, classic vehicle events and informal meetings can be organised locally.
There is no need for a rigid national programme. Events can develop wherever there is enough interest.
